Rotary Water

Rotary Water is planned to support Clean Water and the Rotary Brand

IMG_0333 (1)

Clean water is a basic need for human beings. When people, especially children, have access to clean water, they live healthier and more productive lives. However, at least 3,000 children die each day from diseases caused by unsafe water, which is what motivates our members to build wells, install rainwater harvesting systems, and teach community members how to maintain new infrastructure.

Marc Harris (Rotary Club of Windermere), and Ron Janssen (Rotary Club of Dr. Phillips and 2018-2019 District Governor Designee) are developing ROTARY WATER to help fund clean water products around the world and enhance the Rotary brand. ROTARY WATER plans to bottle ROTARY branded water and sell it to Rotarians for their personal use and for Rotary Clubs to sell at fund raising events, or give away at recruiting and retention events. The leadership of District 6980 is supportive of this project, as are several other districts. Steve Fasen (Rotary Club of Windermere) designed the label.

This idea is in its infancy. If you have any suggestions and/or would like to volunteer to help make this a reality, please email or

Spring Fest 2016

We have completed our spring fundraiser. Please visit us to hear about all the upcoming work planned by the Rotary Club of Windermere !

Another valiant effort by the members of the Rotary Club of Windermere to raise funds for worthy causes and engage the community has come to an end. While the weather gods were not kind to us on Saturday, the Friday night dinner was great fun and Sunday was a perfect blend of weather and activity.
Thanks to all who braved Saturday, and to all who came on Sunday.
Thank you to all the volunteers, the student artists who provided their work, the exhibitors, and of course our great Rotary members.
Wasn’t the entertainment incredible on Sunday?!! Kudo’s to Seth!!

Join our community sponsors who support the great work Rotary does every day.
